Outstanding customer service from the following at Longhorn Nissan. First, Mr. Moji who came out to meet us as soon as we arrived, introduced himself and showed impeccable leadership as well as introduced us to our salesman Mr. Billy Washington. Mr. Washington no hassle sale experience made it easy for us to change from just looking to actually purchasing our new vehicle., outstanding customer service and support. Also I would like to mention Mr. Spencer who went over finance portion who walked us through this process with outstanding clarity, he made it fast but easy to comprehend. Last but certainly not least is Mr. Fernando Thomas who helped us with the operation of our new vehicle, with technology today his explaining the in and outs of our new vehicle was beneficial. Received a promo piece with a great coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled over the phone and it took about 2 hrs due to high number of customers and recent strike by lightning of their computer system. They also provided a video of my cars engine, under carriage and tire/brake sites and tread measurement. Comprehensive analysis with tip for driving enough to charge battery rather than only short trips.

I came in for oil change my service lady was not their she ended up going home due to being sick when I came their a guy name hector came up I told him I was here for Ashly he said she was not here I said I spoke with her a couple of hours ago he said she not here I said did she go home he said yeah she was sick I understand that but the way you deliver that to a person is she went home for the due due to being sick you do not say she not here with an attitude than I said ok so I got the oil change and a car wash he said we can’t wash your car due to machine being down his demeanor and non chalant attitude very rude and unwanted so I went to and hunter took care of me as he always does I got my car washed and oil change hector is very rude like he has an attitude toward some. Than when I asked hector was hunter here he kinda rolled his eyes just rude. Hunter always makes sure I am well take. Care of my car is suppose to be washed a certain and when o told him that the wash was done but the vacuum wax not he said with an attitude we don’t do that o been here 3 mo the and we never do that so than I got the guy named Jeff that said we don’t go that that is not something we do when I was going to clay cooley they always take care of me hunter is the only reason I come their but after the service I received on Thursday the 11th I am really considering going back to clay Cooley to my service provider I had their if a person does not like their job get another one I could have put him in his place respectfully or I could have gotten real ugly but if they keep this up I will be back at clay Cooley Nissan on Irving people to to learn it is not what you say but how you say it and leave the attitude at home everyone has issues you are at work to work

Very friendly Service Department Team! Hector kept me informed on what needed to be done and took great care of me. He actually had Uber take me home and sent them to pick me up when my car was ready.
